The Western Canadian District provides an investment opportunity that pays RBC Prime less 1/2% (today 1.95%). Benefit from higher interest rates with increased flexibility on timing of redemption while knowing your dollars are assisting churches in our District to increase their effectiveness through new or improved facilities.
As a church or other related entity of the C&MA, the interest rate will be adjusted as the bank prime rate changes. For individuals and companies, the interest rate will be adjusted to the new bank prime rate upon the anniversary date of each investment. Interest can be paid to you on the anniversary date or compounded annually as part of the principal investment.
Your investment is redeemable at any time, but we do request a 2-week notice.
Investments are backed by the assets of the District. Proceeds are utilized to provide loans to churches.
