District Team

As a team serving with The Western Canadian District of The Christian and Missionary Alliance, our desire is to provide leadership to our district pastors, workers, and churches so they can be healthy, growing, and effective in their ministry in Alberta and North West Territories, Canada, and throughout the world. Our role is to direct vision, promote key values, offer spiritual mentoring, coaching, and training, and guide in areas of operational support. 

Your WCD team includes:

Development Coaching, Training, Licensing and Core Training (Ordination) of official workers. Inspiring and informing on WCD mission, vision, values, and resources. Building and overseeing networks and engagement between workers.

Leadership in WCD Events, Property Development, Finance, Human Resources, Group Benefits, Marketing, Communication, Administration, Worker Support, Office Systems and Security.
